Haha, your drawings really amused me, they are funny in a good way Like u, i can’t use GPS or listen to audio instructions. I use the good, old directory, memorize the route by hard or stop by the road to check the directory again if i am lost. I used to get all befuddled with these interlooping roads or whatever u call them but after getting lost umpteen times, i am happy to say that i am much better now and not losing my mind over how people have to make these darn roads so complicated

My mom is like you when it comes to directions. Which may be why my brother and I are so good with directions. We learned to keep track of where we were going and where we had come from starting at a very young age!!! I have some sort of sixth sense that helps me keep my bearings. Not that I always get it right, but most of the time I’m okay. As long as I’m outside. I’m convinced it has to do with the sky. If I’m indoors, I’m hopeless! My problem is that I can’t get my rights and lefts right. I mean, I *know* my right from my left, but somehow when I go to say it out loud, it’s a complete gamble as to which will actually come out of my mouth. Hubby thinks I’m nuts. (On the other hand, he frequently has no idea which way we just came from or which way to turn to go home).

You have at least one reader still out here in Missouri, USA. Congrats on baby Carrot! He’s a cutie!!! Both my kids were born in mid-November. It’s amazing how quickly they grow, isn’t it? I may not always get a chance to comment, but I do read your posts!! And I’m a pretty awful blogger too…but I really like having the outlet available as needed.
