Not Chubbs of course. Recently all I’ve heard from Chubbs is ‘WAHHH! WAAAHH! WAAAHHHHHHH!’ and the occasional, “Ah?”
I’m talking about Nad.
Nad: Did you pack Sunshine’s milk?
Me: Yes.
Nad: How about Chubbie’s?
Me: ………………. My breasts?
Nad: Yes, did you bring them?
Few nights ago, we were looking for a place to have dinner at.
Nad: We shouldn’t go to that chinese restaurant *Points*
It’s too packed.
Me: *looks and sees an EMPTY restaurant*
Nad: Packed with chairs.
Anyway, talking about Nad, I’ve finished and seamed up and sewed in the ends of HIS SWEATER!!!! (Or, ‘Jumper’ for you oztrayans…) I will take photos hopefully tomorrow. It’s been pouring all day and night today. We had a storm warning and wind speeds at 40km/h with wind gusts up to 57km/h.
Just an hour or so ago, Nad and Sunshine went to bed and Nad called me into the room because Sunshine was saying, “Want kiss mommy (or, ‘mUmmy’ for you oztrayans..)” I kissed her and she kissed me back.
Then she said,
“I love you.”
These, people, are moments that take away all the frustration and makes you think that maybe having kids isn’t such a bad idea afterall.
Until I walked into the room full of her toys all over the floor. Again.
Please tell me they will remember to pick their toys up as they grow older? Please?
On another note, I promised Lulu I would humiliate write about her today.
She asked me on MSN,
“Do you know where TBC is in Singapore? The next knit-out (stitch and bitch) is there and I don’t know where it is.”
I wasn’t sure and told her to ask on the forum in Ravelry.
Then, I went and clicked on the thread to see if I could figure out where it was and burst out laughing….
“TBC means ‘To Be Confirmed’, my dear.”

HA! The first time Ronan said ‘I Love You’ to me was about 6 months ago. I was sitting on his bed with him while he went to sleep and he said
‘Guess what mummy? I love you’.
My heart melted and I said
‘Aw, I love you too Ronan!’. He then responded with
‘thats good. Now get off my bed.’
Blerdy kids! They know how to wreck a moment sometimes :p

Oh gosh, that’s HILARIOUS! You don’t know whether to get angry or to laugh when they say such things. Mostly in shock or horror. Lol.
