The One About Movie Marathons

Have been having more free time lately, since I stopped tuition classes for a bit. And had most of the wedding stuff done (leaving some for Nad to do when he comes back of course).

Thus, I decided to indulge in watching movies in my free time!

For the past week, I’ve rented/ bought/ borrowed DVDs and VCDs or digging up old movies to watch.

Am really thinking of doing reviews for each and every movie I’ve watched since I came back from Australia. But that will have to wait a lil.

Making a list (not in any order):

  • Trainspotting
  • Ima, Ai Ni Yuki Masu/ Be With You
  • Desperate Housewives Season 1
  • Friends With Money
  • Eight Below
  • Rumour Has It
  • Dare Mo Shiranai/ Nobody Knows
  • Johnny and the Chocolate Factory
  • Chobits (Anime)
  • Brokeback Mountain
  • Helen the Baby Fox
  • The OH in Ohio

Ok I think thats about it. That’s alot isn’t it? Am on a ball!

It’s gonna be a long week ahead. I have to start tuition classes again and on top of that, one of my colleagues is taking a holiday. So I have to cover some night duties. I’m also working ‘extra’ to pay off the off-days I took. Plus, Nad is coming home soon! Yay!

People say the bride has to be slim and pretty. The ironic thing is, I’ve stopped exercising completely, stopped complaining that I was fat and also stopped dieting.

I don’t feel the urge to be slimmer anymore. Probably given up. If I am destined to be fat, then so be it. Ha ha ha.

Another good thing is I think I’ve managed to sleep off the fatigue quite a bit. I slept for 16 hours on two of my off-days. I think that’s quite a feat. The bad thing is, I get very very bad runny noses on my off-days. Happened quite a few times. I’m wondering why it doesn’t happen on my work days. I could use a medical leave. But nah, I always feel really apologetic when I have to report sick. Because I know how hard my other colleagues would have to work when one person is not around. It’s too tiring for them.

I had KFC for dinner with Mom and Lulu today. Home delievery. Growing sideways. Now I’m about to drink fish with papaya soup my Dad made for supper. And I have a tub of Ben and Jerry’s Chocolate fudge ice cream in the freezer. And more episodes of Chobits.

Here’s to a fatty wedding. Cheers!
